Abandoned cart detection: to determine when a shopping cart has been abandoned, we use cookies and other website activity data (such as items added to your cart and whether checkout was completed) hosted through our e-commerce platform, Shopify. If you have opted in to SMS, this information may trigger a cart reminder text message.

We use Klaviyo, our SMS marketing platform, to send and manage these messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent status with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the communications described in this section and is not shared with third parties for promotional purposes.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, except as described in this policy. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store and Klaviyo to send email and SMS communications.

This sharing does not include your SMS/text message opt-in data or consent status, which we do not sell, rent, or share with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes, as described in “Text Messaging (SMS) Communications” above.

We will not share your Text message opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service. We may share this data with vendors who help us deliver text messages, including platform providers and phone companies.

Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a lawful request for information we receive.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
