Shipping, Return, and Damage Policy

Shipping

Orders over $75 ship for free within the United States, while orders under $75 incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee. 

Currently, we ship only to the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. For shipping to Canada or the U.K., please email us at hello@cousinhome.com for a shipping quote. If you're located outside these countries and wish to make a purchase, contact us at hello@cousinhome.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate you! 

Orders are shipped using various methods, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply if a package is returned due to address issues. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or due to external factors like inclement weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out. Items in their original, unused condition with original tags and packaging can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt, excluding transit times. Sale items, 'as-is' items, fine art, made-to-order items, vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return. 

For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cousinhome.com. Items can also be returned in person at our store. Refunds, less the cost of return shipping for online orders, will typically be processed within 1-3 business days.

Damages

If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us at hello@cousinhome.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.
